Responsibilities

Our executives are in contact with a large diversity of customers in many regions covering many different industries which will provide them with a unique opportunity to learn and understand how the use of business applications software can become a competitive tool for these customers.

The Account Management Team is helping partners across America sell PeePERP. The Channel Account Manager is in charge of analyzing the customer's needs, providing product demos, presenting the implementation methodology which best fits their requirements. The Channel Account Manager works closely with partners who are responsible for the project: evaluating project feasibility, validation of requirements, proposal and sale.

Your responsibilities include:

  • To get in contact with potential customers who have shown interest in PeePERP (calls, e-mails, product demos, and webinars).
  • To understand how customers work today (how do they interact with customers, what is their billing process, what are the key logistics flows) and how PeePERP will help them to be more efficient.
  • To establish a tailored implementation package and negotiate its content with the customer and partner.
  • To coordinate with the team of functional consultants who will deliver the implementation.
  • To follow up with the customer to build a long term relationship with him/her.

Your Profile

Must Have

  •  Passion about sales
  • The dynamics and motivation to go the extra mile with a positive "can do" attitude.
  • At least a Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience.
  • Excellent communication skill, you like to negotiate and to achieve targets.
  • Strong software and new technology awareness.
  • Curiosity to learn how businesses operate.
  • Between 2 and 4 years experience in channel sales in the software sector.

Nice to Have

  • Immediate availability
  • Available to travel 5% of your time
  • Spanish as a second language is a plus

This is a full-time position with an attractive salary and benefits package.  Compensation includes base salary which depends on experience.
