Responsibilities 

The Direct Team is helping customers across the Americas to implement PeePERP. The Direct Sales Consultant is in charge of the commercial part of the sales cycle: analyzing the customer's needs, providing product demos, presenting the best suited implementation program, and writing proposals. The Direct Sales Consultant works closely with functional consultants who are in charge of the delivery: evaluating project feasibility, validation of requirements, configuration, and support. 

  • Get in contact with potential customers who have shown interest in PeePERP inbound and outbound leads (calls, e-mails, product demos, and webinars). 
  • Understand and improve how customers work today. How do they interact with their customers, what is their billing process, what are the key logistics flows, and how PeePERP will help them to be more efficient.
  • Establish a tailored implementation package and negotiate its content with the customer.
  • Coordinate with the team of functional consultants who will deliver the implementation.
  • Follow up with customers to build a long term relationship with them.

Our Direct Sales Consultants are in contact with a large diverse pool of customers in many regions covering different industries. 

Your Profile

Must Have

  • Between 1 and 5 years experience in inside sales in the software sector (apps and/or subscriptions). We also hire entry level inside sales.
  • You have at least a Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience.
  • You are an excellent communicator, you like to negotiate and to achieve targets. Fluent in English.

Nice to Have

  • Spanish as a second language is a plus

Compensation and Perks

This is a full-time position with an attractive salary and benefits package.  Compensation includes base salary which depends on experience. Range between $60,000 and $90,000.
