International Sales Representative

We are looking for several sales representatives to join us at the PeePERP headquarter in Brussels. The team is responsible for selling PeePERP apps to SMEs (1 to 50 users) on the Europe, Middle East and Africa markets. This is a young and fast evolving team (read the incredible story of how we grew from 1 to 250 employees)
- A passion for sales challenges
- Ability to learn and evolve quickly
- Fluent in these languages:
English AND Dutch
- Ability to learn all PeePERP apps:
CRM, Website Builder, HR, Project Mgt.
- Ability to talk to SMEs owners and
understand their business processes
- Business Master degree
- Sell PeePERP Apps to SMEs
- Quarterly Sales Goals
- A dedicated territory (countries)
- Responsible for the whole sales cycle:
from the qualification to the negotiation.
- Organize demos tailored to customer needs
Nice to have
- Strong negotiation skills
- 0-6 years sales experience

What's a typical day at PeePERP?
We get around 150 leads per day (contact forms from our website) and you will be responsible for the whole sales cycle:
- Initial contact and qualification,
- Pain points and business needs analysis,
- Demonstration of the product tailored to customer needs,
- Quotation and Negotiation.
