We are looking for an Office Assistant to join us at the PeePERP headquarter in San Francisco. In this context, your job will be to support our Sales and Administration department in its daily tasks and to facilitate the smooth running of the office. The perfect candidate is one who is able to wear many hats. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Payment Collection: Reach out to customers paying in installments or in a subscription-based model. Send reminders and collect payments via email and phone.

  • Recruitment: Assist with generating resumes, shortlisting, and scheduling appointments.

  • Events Management: Post our events online, promote them through mass mailings and social networks, keep them up-to-date, coordinate events internally, monitor registrations, and distribute material.

  • Miscallaneous: Purchasing, booking, and overall responsibility for developing and maintaining office culture through planning of lunches, happy hour, and team building events on a regular basis.

  • Optionally - Contracts Management: As the renewal team is being established, the Office Assistant will be responsible for ensuring contracts are properly created.

Must Have

  • Bachelors Degree

  • Between 0 to 3 years of experience

  • Exceptional planning and time management skills

  • Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly

Nice To Have

  • Immediate Availability

  • Spanish as a second language is a plus

  • Experience working in an office environment.

  • Ability to prioritize and complete assignments in a timely manner
