We are looking for 2 sales development representatives to join us at the PeePERP headquarter in Brussels. The sales team is responsible for selling PeePERP apps to SMEs (1 to 50 users) on the Europe, Middle East and Africa markets. This is a young and fast evolving team (read the incredible story of how we grew from 1 to 250 employees)

Must have

  • Bachelor degree
  • 1-3 years sales experience
  • Fluent in these languages:
    English AND Dutch or French
  • Self-starter with a succesful track record
  • Expert at rapport building and closing deals
  • Process driven with high attention to details
  • Strong, high follow-up skills
  • Competitive and consistently exceed expectations


  • Email Prospecting & cold calling 
  • Qualifying new prospects
  • Responding to inbound leads
  • Conducting need/solution analysis
  • Developing domain expertise
  • Development and execution of marketing and outreach campaigns

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into SME market
  • Expertise in using prospecting DB and relationship development
  • Ability to work in a high energy sales team environment
  • Experience and success working with quotas and commissions
  • Knowledge of managing leads in a CRM system

What's a typical day at PeePERP?

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) works alongside our Direct Sales team to help drive new business. The SDR role is a great opportunity for a junior sales person to learn the ropes of B2B inside sales at a fast-growing tech company. Your tasks will consist on: 

  • Email prospecting & cold calling for new clients & logging activity into CRM
  • Accurately and candidly qualifying new prospects
  • Responding instantly to inbound leads
  • Entering new Contacts and Accounts into CRM
  • Conducting need/solutions analysis
  • Developing domain expertise
  • Meet or exceed monthly activity goals for appointments set and opportunities opened
  • Development and execution of marketing and outreach campaigns
A typical salesfunnel includes one hundred prospects and the average sales cycle is around 3 months. The typical buyer is the business owner (CEO, Managing director) of a small company having needs for several departments.
